For Adults, Teens, and Students:

All coaching is done over the telephone.  If you want to meet the coach first, this can be arranged.

Coaching over the Telephone is the most effective way to coach ADHD clients for a number of reasons:
  • People who have ADHD perform at a higher level when they're more relaxed.
  • It's easy to be on time when it's just a phone call away.
  • No travel time, waiting rooms, office visits, parking, etc.
  • For those who are socially or physically uncomfortable in a face to face setting.  This way reduces the anxiety, pressure and overwhelm.  On the phone, these distractions are non-existent.
  • It doesn't matter where you are, be it away on business, stuck in traffic, or you simply can't make it to the appointment if it were in person.  Geography is irrelevant
Each call runs for a flexible 20-30 minutes.  Sometimes extra time is needed when we're on a roll, and can be extremely valuable to our overall work together.

Regular email correspondance in between our calls, via email, text, or if necessary a quick phone call if needed.

For Children (and Parents/Families):

We're more than happy to help educate and support families who are dealing with ADHD.  We don't "coach" children the same way we would an adult, but educating and helping the child understand that they're not "broken" and how ADHD can be seen as their greatest asset once they gain a greater awareness of what it is, and how it affects them overall.
